1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamPayz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Each person may maintain only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

3. How the Platform Works

StreamPayz allows registered users to earn Stream Value Points (SVP) and USD by watching short video content. Earnings are determined by your current level and daily video caps.

• Users start at the Beginner level (free, no deposit required).
• Higher levels unlock greater daily earning potential and additional features.
• Each video view is approximately 30 seconds.
• Earnings are credited to your account balance after each valid view.

4. Deposits & Level Upgrades

• Level upgrades require a one-time deposit specific to each level.
• Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed and processed.
• You may only upgrade to the next level sequentially — skipping levels is not permitted.
• The Platform reserves the right to adjust deposit amounts and level structures with prior notice.

5. Earnings & Withdrawals

• Earnings are calculated based on your level's daily video cap and the number of valid video views completed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum threshold and processing review.
• The Platform processes withdrawals within 2–8 hours of approval.
• The Platform reserves the right to withhold earnings if fraudulent activity is detected.
• Withdrawal methods and any associated fees are displayed at the time of request.

6. Referral Program

Users may refer others to the Platform using a unique referral code. Referral commissions are paid as follows:

• 10% commission on each referral's deposit when they upgrade levels.
• Referral earnings are credited to your account automatically.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or circular referral schemes are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify referral rates with prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use another person's account.
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software to simulate video views.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal conduct.
• Abuse the referral system through fake or incentivized sign-ups.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or staff.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, any pending earnings may be forfeited.
• You may request account deletion by contacting support. Deposits are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of StreamPayz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• Actual earnings may vary based on your activity, level, and available video content.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamPayz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited on the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

• We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
• Account data is stored securely and encrypted where applicable.
• You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
